Connection service

Local Project Network is a referral and connection service. It is not a contractor, does not perform home service work, and does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, workmanship, licensing, insurance, or project outcome.

Homeowner responsibility

Homeowners should verify provider licensing, insurance, references, estimates, written scope, warranty terms, and payment terms before hiring any provider.

Consent to communications

By submitting a request, you agree that Local Project Network may email or call you about the request. You also understand that your request may be shared with companies that may email or call you about the service you requested.

Provider responsibility

Providers are responsible for their own communications, estimates, contracts, permits, work quality, safety practices, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.

Emergency situations

This site is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, fire, electrical risk, structural danger, or medical risk, contact emergency services first.

Call tracking

Calls may be routed through numbers controlled by Local Project Network so activity can be logged. Calls may be recorded or transcribed when proper notice is provided.
